If you go in the store, they act almost like you bought it at a totally different store and so they "can't do anything. We were over-charged on two different occasions at two different Walmart locations. The first time, we were charged the "approximate" price rather than the actual price on a meat item that was priced based on weight they picked out a small piece of meat that was supposed to cost less, the cost was printed right on the front of it.
The second time, we requested to NOT purchase one of the substituted items on our order, and they didn't give us the item, but they charged us for it anyway. The whole system is either poorly designed or just intentionally designed to rip people off. I like to think the system is just still new and they are working out the bugs, but either way, I'm not going to use this service anymore, and I don't recommend it.
