Not only would that void your warrantee, but it would be very dangerous and would probably end up wrecking the CPU.
That is a low-spec CPU. It is meant for very basic tasks and very casual gaming. Over clocking it would cause massive amounts of heat and end up frying the CPU and or Motherboard. I would suggest getting something like this if you want a more powerful machine for a lower cost:.
